GloRilla launched GloVerse, a beauty marketplace that connects clients with hairstylists, makeup artists and other beauty pros, TheGrio reported October 5, 2026. It's live in Atlanta in beta, and the full mobile app is expected in December on iOS and Google Play.
How it works
Per TheGrio, she co-founded it with Georgii Speakman, founder and CEO of the consultancy OUT.LI.ER. Beauty professionals are called "GloPros." During beta they can build a profile and set up a GloID, a shareable profile page they can post on social media or their own sites.
Clients can filter by things like hair type and face shape, and choose whether to travel to the pro or have the pro come to them. An Apple Wallet feature is in development.
The origin is the pitch
She told ESSENCE: "When I first blew up, I was having problems finding glam professionals." That's a real problem. Overnight attention means a week of press and shows, and nobody has your stylist's number. She built the fix.
The name is a play on her own, with the idea of stepping into her world to "find your glow."
The bigger lane
The smart part is who the product serves. Black beauty pros run on referrals and Instagram DMs. A booking platform with a portable profile gives them a storefront they own. We'll see how it handles payments, discovery and trust once it leaves beta, since the details aren't public yet.
She says she hopes it reaches every major city soon, and has no specific plans for her own beauty products but isn't ruling out other beauty projects. Fenty ties are a separate story.
Built for the culture. Operated from San Diego. Run by PHRHX through Sneakz & Beatz LLC. Black-owned, four pillars: sneakers, hip-hop, anime, gaming.
