"Spend Dat" bought her the summer. Now Yung Miami is cashing it in on a full album.
## The date and the list Watch Dis, her debut solo album, is set for Oct. 23, per HotNewHipHop. Confirmed features so far: Quavo, G Herbo, Lil Baby, Kodak Black, Shenseea and Vybz Kartel, several of them carried over from the "Spend Dat" remix run. The trailer she posted Sept. 30 opens with the doubters, including clips of podcast hosts counting her out, and ends on her own framing: this is her betting on herself.
## The singles "2008" and "F U" landed at midnight Friday, Oct. 2. HotNewHipHop's song post pulls the quotable: "I feel like Jeezy 2008 / I'm the one give the hood motivation / Real b**ch never fold under pressure / Do it for the ones getting to the paper." Jeezy in 2008 was The Recession, so she's picking a specific kind of Atlanta confidence to borrow.
## Same week, same room She also hosted Quavo for Spotify's Countdown To series, where he confirmed two kids and a 2027 Migos slate, and she's on his QRÖMELIFE on "HAOYU DEWDAT." Her album arrives on the Oct. 23 Friday we already flagged as the loaded one, alongside Anderson .Paak and Cordae, John Legend and Pharrell.

## The read City Girls were a duo built by a label with a formula. A solo Yung Miami album two years later, with a Jamaican dancehall wing (Kartel, Shenseea) and a Chicago-Atlanta rap wing, is her pitching a different artist. Whether the room shows up on the 23rd is the test. The singles say she's not hedging.
