First retro since 2014, and this time the heel reportedly gets the Nike Air the 2014 pair skipped, on a mold reshaped toward the 1991 original. Leaker-sourced; Jordan Brand hasn't confirmed.

The 6 is the shoe Mike won his first ring in, and Sport Blue is the pair everybody forgets until it comes back. It's coming back.

## The report Sole Retriever published the fall 2027 window on September 11, sourcing zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files. Price and style code aren't out. Jordan Brand hasn't said a word, so file this under reported, not confirmed. The leaker track record on these 2027 windows has been solid this year, but a window can move a full season.

## What's supposed to be different Two things. The 2014 retro ran a Jumpman on the heel; the 2027 pair is said to bring back the Nike Air, the same fix Jordan Brand has been rolling through the 4 Bred, the 3 and the 9 this year. And the shape gets reworked toward the 1991 original: lower collar, tighter toe, the way the 6 looked when it was on the court and not on a shelf.

## Where it sits in the 2027 slate Fall 2027 already has the 4 Fire Red in OG shape and the 10 Knicks getting its first retro. Add a Sport Blue 6 with Nike Air and you have three OG-accuracy retros in one season, which is a strategy, not a coincidence. Jordan Brand is answering a soft resale summer by making the shoes right instead of making more of them.

## The take White leather, black tongue, Sport Blue on the heel tab and the Jumpman. It was never the loudest 6. It's the one you wear with everything. A year out, the only question is whether they keep it at general release or make it the chase.
