The Air Jordan 14 "Chartreuse" is expected to release January 9, 2027, at $215, style code IX0206-001, through Nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers, per Sneaker Bar Detroit. "Expected" is the key word. Jordan Brand hasn't confirmed it publicly.
The shoe
Light Graphite suede covers most of the upper. Chartreuse green hits the branding, the heel and the outsole. Black runs through the midsole, the tongue and a lot of the rubber underfoot. Sneaker Bar Detroit says the 2027 pair should stay close to the original 2005 colorway, with an updated shape. That's the part collectors will argue about. Shape is everything on a 14, with the Ferrari-inspired profile and those side vents.
The date
HotNewHipHop reported on August 31 that the release date had moved up to January 9, 2027, earlier than some previous reports suggested. It didn't say which reports. So the date has already shifted once in the rumor mill. Treat it like a plan, not a promise.
Price and where to cop
$215. Expect SNKRS and Jordan retailers. No raffle or draw details are out yet.
The take
Look, the 14 is one of the better-looking Jordans from the late '90s and it doesn't get the hype the 11 gets. A graphite-and-chartreuse pair is a wear-it-in-winter shoe that still pops. If you missed the earlier runs, put it on the calendar, but don't plan your January around a date nobody official has signed off on. Related: the Air Jordan 12 Obsidian is tentatively two weeks later.
