Before isekai was a flooded genre, Magic Knight Rayearth helped invent the blueprint. Thirty-one years later, CLAMP's classic is coming back built for now.

## The reboot is real A new Magic Knight Rayearth anime premieres October 2026, announced as a 30th-anniversary celebration and unveiled with a first trailer and key visual at AnimeJapan 2026 back in March. For fans who grew up on the original, this isn't a spin-off — it's the whole story, re-drawn for a new generation.
