What's dropping
September 19, 2026. $205. Style code CT8013-103. Summit White upper with Gorge Green, black, and Fierce Purple hits — the Milwaukee Bucks palette. SNKRS and select Jordan Brand retailers. This is the Ray Allen player exclusive, the one that lived in feeds and never on shelves, going general release.
Whose shoe this actually is
Ray Allen wore Jordans his whole career and turned the 12 into his signature canvas. The "Bucks" is one of his early-2000s Milwaukee PEs — a shoe most people only knew from grainy game photos and want-list threads. Twenty-some years later Jordan Brand is finally cutting the check to everybody. The wait was the marketing.
The 12 is a tank
The 12 is the most overbuilt shoe in the line — the "Rising Sun" stitching, the carbon plate, the leather that ages like a car seat. It's the Flu Game shoe, the shoe that holds up under weight. Putting a role-defining shooter's team colors on it is a quiet flex about longevity: Ray shot threes into his forties, the 12 refuses to fall apart.
The cultural read
PE-to-retail is Jordan Brand's cleanest trick right now — take a shoe the culture already mythologized in private and sell everybody the myth. It works because the story's real. Ray Allen in Milwaukee is a specific era, and this shoe is a receipt for people who were there. Everyone else just gets a clean white-and-green 12, which isn't a bad consolation.
