# SNEAKZ & BEATZ — SINGLE-BEAT LEASE LICENSE ($29.99)

This is the standard $29.99 single-beat lease license. Stripe payment for any
single beat at sneakzandbeatz.com/beats grants you the rights below. The
Stripe receipt + this document together form the executed license.

## 1. The deal

You paid $29.99 for a non-exclusive lease on one (1) beat. You get the
mastered MP3 + WAV, the rights described below, and a 30-day satisfaction
guarantee. The beat stays in the catalog — other artists may also license it.

lease is credited toward the bundle if you upgrade within 30 days.

## 2. What you get (delivery)

- **Mastered MP3** (320 kbps, voice-tag-free)
- **Mastered WAV** (24-bit, 44.1 kHz)
- This license document
- Stripe email receipt with download link

You do NOT receive: trackouts / stems, drum kits, or other bundle bonuses.
Those are reserved for the Producer Bundle.

## 3. What you can do

- Record, release, and monetize one (1) song using this beat on commercial
  DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, etc.)
- Upload up to one (1) official music video to YouTube, TikTok, Reels,
  Shorts
- Perform the song live, including ticketed shows
- Submit the song to terrestrial radio + internet radio
- Arrange your own sync placements in TV, film, ads, or games (split 50/50
  with BRMG — see §6)

## 4. Caps (Single-Beat Lease tier)

- **Audio streams:** up to 100,000 stream-equivalents across all DSPs
- **Paid units (digital + physical):** up to 5,000 total
- **Music videos:** 1 official video
- **Sync placements:** allowed, BRMG share split 50/50

If your track exceeds any cap, you must upgrade to the Producer Bundle ($79)
or Exclusive ($497+). Email licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com before crossing the
cap; your $29.99 is credited toward the upgrade.

## 5. Producer credit (REQUIRED)

You must credit **"Prod. by Sneakz & Beatz"** in:

- DSP metadata on every release using the beat
- Liner notes on any physical release
- The on-screen credit roll of any official music video
- Track captions when posting clips on social media

Credit is required throughout the term of the lease.

## 6. Splits

- **Master recording (your vocals + final mix):** 100% you
- **Underlying composition publishing:** 50/50 BRMG / you
- **Sync income:** 50/50 BRMG / you (per placement)

You keep all artist-share streaming royalties. BRMG keeps 50% of the
publisher + writer share on the underlying composition.

## 7. What you cannot do

- Resell, redistribute, or relicense the bare beat (audio file with no
  vocal performance) to any third party
- Register the beat with a rights organization (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, PRS,
  SOCAN, etc.) without listing BRMG as co-publisher
- Use the beat in content promoting hate speech, terrorism, or sexualized
  content involving minors (license void, no refund)
- Claim sole authorship of the underlying composition

## 8. Same beat may be licensed to others

Single-beat leases are non-exclusive. The same beat may be sold to other
artists under identical terms. To remove a beat from public availability,
upgrade to Exclusive ($497+ for a 5-beat exclusive bundle, or per-beat
exclusive pricing — email licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com).

## 9. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Email licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund — no questions asked. Refund forfeits all license rights granted
above. You agree to delete the delivered files and any derivative works
that have been published or distributed within 7 days of refund.

## 10. Termination

BRMG may terminate any lease materially in breach of §7. Notice is sent to
the Stripe checkout email. You have 30 days to remove the offending content
from public distribution.

## 11. Governing law + disputes

This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes go to binding
arbitration in San Diego County, California, under AAA rules.

## 12. Acceptance

Completing Stripe checkout for any single beat at sneakzandbeatz.com/beats
constitutes acceptance of this license in full.
