One license document, one email receipt — covers every beat included in your bundle tier. --- ## 1. What's actually in the bundle **ALL 96 beats currently on sneakzandbeatz.com are part of the Producer Bundle.** This includes the 26 beats listed at $29.99 each AND the 70 beats tagged "Free" — every single one. The "Free" tag on the catalog means the beat is also available for free download under our Free Standard License (MP3 only, lower caps). Buying the Bundle upgrades you to the rights below on **every** beat in the catalog, free ones included. This is intentional. The catalog is one body of work. The bundle is the honest way to license it. ## 2. Bundle tiers - **Starter Bundle — $47:** 25 beats of your choice from the catalog, MP3 + WAV + trackouts, drum kit - **Standard Bundle — $79:** all 96 beats in the catalog, MP3 + WAV + trackouts, drum kit + sample pack, 15-minute mix consultation Zoom, 6 months of future drops added to your library at no additional charge - **Exclusive Bundle — $497:** everything in Standard, plus 5 fully exclusive beats of your choice (those 5 beats are removed from the public catalog and producer credit is waived on them — see §11) ## 3. What you get (delivery) - **MP3 master** (320 kbps, voice-tag-free) of every beat in your tier - **WAV master** (24-bit, 44.1 kHz) of every beat in your tier - **Trackouts / stems** (separate WAV files for drums, melody, bass, FX) for every beat in your tier - **Drum kit + sample pack** (one-shots, loops, processing chains) - **Mix consultation** (15-min Zoom, Standard + Exclusive only) - **Future drops** (6 months of additions added to your library automatically, Standard + Exclusive only) - This license document - Stripe email receipt with download link ## 4. What you can do (per beat in your bundle) - Record, release, and monetize as many songs as you want using each beat - Upload music videos on YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts (capped at 3 per beat at the Standard tier; uncapped on the 5 Exclusive beats) - Perform live, including ticketed shows - Submit to terrestrial + internet radio - Arrange sync placements in TV, film, ads, video games (split per §7) ## 5. Caps **Standard Bundle (per beat, applies to all 96 beats):** - Audio streams: up to 500,000 stream-equivalents per track - Paid units: up to 25,000 total per track - Music videos: 3 per beat - Sync placements: split 50/50 with BRMG **Starter Bundle (per beat, applies to your 25 chosen beats):** - Same caps as Standard **Exclusive Bundle (per beat):** - 5 Exclusive beats: NO CAPS. Streams uncapped, units uncapped, videos uncapped, sync 100% you - Other 91 bundle beats: same caps as Standard If a track on the Standard or Starter tier exceeds any cap, upgrade to Exclusive on a per-beat basis. Email licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com. ## 6. Producer credit Required on every Standard + Starter beat: **"Prod. by Sneakz & Beatz"** in DSP metadata, liner notes, and on-screen video credit rolls. Waived on the 5 Exclusive beats in the Exclusive Bundle — you may credit yourself as sole producer or use a co-producer credit. ## 7. Splits **Standard + Starter bundle beats (and bundle Free-tier beats):** - Master recording: 100% you - Underlying composition publishing: 50/50 BRMG / you - Sync income: 50/50 BRMG / you per placement **Exclusive Bundle — your 5 exclusive beats:** - Master recording: 100% you - Underlying composition publishing: 100% you (full transfer) - Sync income: 100% you ## 8. What you cannot do - Resell, redistribute, or relicense the bare beats (audio files with no vocal performance) to any third party - Register beats with a rights organization (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, PRS, SOCAN, etc.) without listing BRMG as co-publisher in the tiers that retain publishing - Share, leak, post, or upload the trackouts / stems publicly - Use any beat in content promoting hate speech, terrorism, or sexualized content involving minors (license void, no refund) ## 9. Same beats may be licensed to others (Standard / Starter) Standard and Starter tier beats remain in the catalog. Other artists may also license them at the Free, single-Lease, or Bundle tiers. To take a specific beat off the market, upgrade to Exclusive on that beat. The 5 Exclusive beats in the Exclusive Bundle are pulled from the public catalog within 24 hours of payment confirmation and stay pulled. ## 10. 30-day satisfaction guarantee Email licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com within 30 days of purchase for a full bundle refund — no questions asked. Refund forfeits all license rights granted above. You agree to delete the delivered files and any derivative works that have been published or distributed within 7 days of refund. Exclusive beats are refundable only if not yet registered to you with a rights organization or used on a released track. ## 11. Exclusive Bundle — beats removed from public catalog The 5 Exclusive beats you pick are removed from sneakzandbeatz.com within 24 hours of payment. They will not be sold, leased, or licensed to anyone else under any tier. Producer credit is waived on those 5 beats. The remaining 91 beats in your bundle remain part of the public catalog. ## 12. Termination BRMG may terminate any Bundle license materially in breach of §8. Notice is sent to the Stripe checkout email. You have 30 days to remove offending content from public distribution. Exclusive beats are not terminable except by mutual written agreement. ## 13. Governing law + disputes This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes go to binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under AAA rules. ## 14.
