# SNEAKZ & BEATZ — FREE STANDARD LICENSE

This is the free, no-cost standard license attached to every beat in the
"Free Beats" category at sneakzandbeatz.com/beats. Downloading any free beat
from the site grants you the rights below. No payment required. No paperwork
to sign — your download is your acceptance.

## 1. What "Free" actually means here

Every beat tagged "Free" on sneakzandbeatz.com is licensed to you under the
terms in this document. The beat is free of charge — the license still
applies. You are renting limited usage rights, not buying the beat.

**Important:** Every beat on the site, including the free ones, is also
included in the **Producer Bundle** at sneakzandbeatz.com/beats/bundles. If
you want WAV stems, higher caps, and full producer support, upgrade to the
bundle. The Free Standard License covers MP3 only and the caps listed below.

## 2. What you get (delivery)

- **Mastered MP3** of the beat (320 kbps, voice-tag-free)
- This license document
- Email link from BRMG / Substack confirming the download

You do NOT receive: WAV master, trackouts / stems, drum kit, or any of the
bundle bonuses. Those are reserved for paid tiers.

## 3. What you can do

- Record, release, and monetize one (1) song using this beat on commercial
  DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, etc.)
- Upload one (1) music video to YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts
- Perform the song live, including ticketed shows
- Submit the song to terrestrial radio and internet radio

## 4. Caps (Free Standard tier)

- **Audio streams:** up to 50,000 stream-equivalents across all DSPs combined
- **Paid units (digital + physical):** up to 2,000 paid units total
- **Music videos:** 1 official video
- **Sync placements:** not permitted under this tier — upgrade to a paid
  Lease ($29.99) or the Producer Bundle ($79+) before licensing the song
  to any TV, film, ad, or video-game placement

If your track exceeds any of these caps, you must upgrade to a paid Lease or
Bundle. Email **licensing@sneakzandbeatz.com** before you cross the cap; we'll
credit any free-tier usage toward your upgrade so you're never paying twice.

## 5. Producer credit (REQUIRED)

You must credit the producer as **"Prod. by Sneakz & Beatz"** in:

- DSP metadata on every release using the beat (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Liner notes on any physical release
- The on-screen credit roll of any official music video
- Track captions when posting clips on social media

Credit is the price of the free license. If you omit the credit, the license
is automatically void and you must remove the song from public distribution
within 7 days of receiving notice.

## 6. Splits

- **Master recording (your vocals + the final mix):** 100% you
- **Underlying composition publishing:** 50/50 BRMG / you
- **Sync income:** not permitted under this tier (see §4)

This is the same publishing split as a paid Lease. The free tier saves you
the $29.99 lease fee, not the publishing share.

## 7. What you cannot do

- Resell, redistribute, or relicense the bare beat (the audio file itself,
  with no vocal performance over it) to any third party
- Register the beat with a rights organization (BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, PRS,
  SOCAN, etc.) under your name without listing BRMG as co-publisher
- Use the beat in content that promotes hate speech, terrorism, or
  sexualized content involving minors — license is void on first use of
  this kind, no refund of any kind possible since this license is free
- Claim sole authorship of the underlying composition
- Use the beat in advertising, TV, film, video games, or any sync context
  without first upgrading to a paid Lease or Bundle

## 8. Same beat may be licensed to others

Free Standard licenses are non-exclusive. The same beat may be licensed
to dozens of other artists under the same Free Standard terms. To take a
beat off the market entirely, see the Exclusive tier on the website.

## 9. Termination

BRMG may revoke any Free Standard license that violates §7. Notice is sent to
the email used at signup. You have 7 days to remove the offending content
from public distribution. After 7 days BRMG may file copyright takedowns
with DSPs at our discretion.

## 10. Refunds

Not applicable — this license is free.

## 11. Governing law + disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes go to
binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under American
Arbitration Association rules. Each party covers its own legal fees unless
the arbitrator awards otherwise.

## 12. Acceptance

Downloading any beat tagged "Free" from sneakzandbeatz.com constitutes
acceptance of this license in full.
